When you create an account, sign in (including with Google), download the app, visit prmta.ai, or use any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at https://prmta.ai/legal/privacy-policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use prmta.

prmta is a wellness companion focused on face yoga and everyday self-care. Depending on your device, region, and plan, you may get:

• Sign-in with phone or email OTP, and optional Google sign-in
• Face-yoga routines and related educational content
• Photo-based face scans and food scans with informational insights
• Plans, practice history, and reminders
• AI-assisted coaching chat where available
• Free and paid subscription options
• Marketing and legal pages on prmta.ai

We improve the product over time, so features can change, move, or be retired. Nothing here promises that every feature will stay available forever or work the same on every platform.

You must be at least 13 years old — or older if your country requires a higher age to use online services — and able to enter a binding agreement.

Please keep your contact details accurate. If you use Google to sign in, Google’s own terms also apply to that sign-in flow.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Protect your device, do not share OTP codes or passwords, and tell us at support@prmta.ai if you think someone else accessed your account.

Personal accounts are meant for one person. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that break these Terms or create security or abuse risks.

prmta is built for general wellness education and self-care inspiration. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Scan results, food insights, chat replies, plans, and exercise guidance are informational. They are not medical, dermatology, nutrition, or clinical advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional.

Talk with a qualified clinician before you start new facial exercises if you have injuries, skin conditions, pain, or recent procedures (including injectables, fillers, or facial surgery). Stop any practice that hurts and seek professional care when you need it. You decide how you use the wellness content in the app.

If you use camera or photo features, you allow prmta to process the images you submit so we can run scans, save history, and generate related insights.

Please upload clear photos of yourself for face features, or of your own meal for food features. Do not upload other people’s photos without permission, and do not upload photos of children. Do not treat scan or chat output as a professional diagnosis.

AI suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. Use your own judgment. How we handle personal data, including photos, is described in the Privacy Policy.

Please use prmta respectfully. Do not harass others, post illegal content, or misuse Support or chat. Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service. Do not bypass paywalls, share premium access, exploit bugs, upload malware or spam, or resell access without our written permission.

If we reasonably believe these rules were broken — or that users or the platform are at risk — we may remove content, limit features, or suspend or end access.

Some features need a paid plan. Before you buy, we show the price, billing period, and what is included.

Paid access is a personal license for the account holder. Sharing login details or premium access with others is not allowed and can lead to suspension.

If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store’s payment terms, taxes, renewal rules, and cancellation tools also apply. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew until you cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings (or any in-app billing screen we provide) before the next charge, as the store requires.

If you pay through another checkout we offer, the details and cancel steps for that channel appear at purchase.

Charges already made are generally not refundable except where required by law or by Apple’s or Google’s refund policies. Ask the store that took the payment for store refunds. We may change future pricing or plan benefits; when the law or store rules require notice, we will provide it.

The software, design, branding, exercise libraries, and other materials in prmta belong to prmta or our licensors (not counting content you upload). Please do not copy, sell, or redistribute our materials outside normal use of the Service.

You keep rights to what you upload, such as profile or scan photos. You give prmta a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to run, secure, and improve the Service, and as described in the Privacy Policy.

If you send feedback, we may use it to improve prmta without owing you fees or credit.

prmta may rely on partners for hosting, messaging, AI processing, reliability analytics, and app-store billing. Those partners have their own terms. Links to other sites are for convenience; we are not responsible for services we do not control.

You can stop using prmta at any time. To delete your account, follow the steps in the Privacy Policy (in-app Support or support@prmta.ai), including the dedicated account-deletion section at https://prmta.ai/legal/privacy-policy#lg-section-deletion.

We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, create fraud or safety risk, fail to pay for a required plan, or if we shut down the Service. When access ends, your right to use prmta ends. Sections that should naturally survive — such as IP, disclaimers, and liability limits — continue to apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free scans or chat, or results that match your expectations. Where local law does not allow certain warranty exclusions, those exclusions apply only as far as the law allows.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, prmta and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of wellness guidance, scans, chat, subscriptions, or any part of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims about the Service is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid prmta for the Service in the three months before the claim or (b) USD 50 — except where the law forbids that limit.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including certain consumer rights. Your statutory rights stay intact.

We may revise these Terms. For material changes we update the date and version on this page and, when appropriate, send a notice in the app or by email. If you continue using prmta after the new Terms take effect, you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and ask us to close your account if you wish.
